How long is the Teletraining?
The Telephone-Based training lasts approximately 1 hour.

How many people can participate in the training?
This package includes training for unlimited participants within your specific company.

What are our Facilities required by Federal law to have?

1. A written Identity Theft Prevention Program
2. Staff training: medical specific on your new program
3. Documentation for overseeing your service providers
4. Documentation for adopting the plan

What do you provide for our facilities?

1. A turn key written program and is simple to personalize for your facility
2. Live or recorded medical specific training
3. All documentation including service provider agreements.
4. All documentation for adoption of your program by board members

Although up to 100 Employees may dial in simultaneously, many facilities choose to have the employees gather in a meeting room and listen via a speakerphone.

Do we have any control over playback functions?
Yes, you may pause, rewind, or fast-forward the call at any time.

How long will the call be available?
Your call will be available for a guaranteed period of 1 week.

May I call in multiple times?
Yes, you may call as often as needed during your week.

May I record the call?
NO. The material covered on this call is protected by Federal Copyright Law. Copy or distribution to anyone other than the employees of your company is strictly prohibited.

May I copy materials from the Documents I receive?
Yes. Although the materials you receive are covered by Federal Copyright Law, you MAY make copies and distribute documents for use inside your company.

May other companies participate in the training, such as our Vendors?
Yes, other companies may participate. In fact, it is to your best interest that ALL of your vendors participate in this training. However, each company must pay for the training.

Is there a guarantee?
